Appointments
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. (We are closed for lunch daily from 12 noon - 1:30pm.)
We make every effort possible to see new or established patients on the same day if they are experiencing an acute illness. We see patients by appointment and ask that you please call to schedule in advance at 512-266-8877.
New Patients
If you are a new patient, please download the new patient forms and have them completed before the time of your appointment. If you are unable to complete the forms prior to your appointment, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
This will help insure that all patients are able to be seen in a timely manner.
Please bring your medications or a complete list with you to each visit.
Cancellations
We ask that if you are not able to make your appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Doing so will allow our office to make that appointment time available to others. If you do not reschedule and miss your appointment (3) three consecutive times due to a no-show, you will be charged a $25 fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time we will have to reschedule your appointment.
